I don't have cable. Are you taping it? If so, can I borrow it? I'll be there tomorrow night and at the picnic.

We watched the movie for the third time today, and found a few things we missed the first two times.
The actors/actresses didn't have the ability to convey all the greatness of the originals, except perhaps the Don Rumsfeld and Laura Bush actors, but it was still useful to see the insider scenes, and the 9/11 remembrance scenes. And when they ended the movie with our real President finishing the speech to Congress that Timothy Bottoms began, you especially saw how much better the real guy was to the actor.
A lot of the insider stuff jives with Frum's book The Right Man and Woodward's book, Bush at War.
We taped the movie today and hope to be able to buy a DVD in the future. Even though inadequate to the reality, it was a compelling attempt at portraying that incredible week and a half of our history.
