McClintock supporters actually believe this race will be won with about 1/4 of votes cast. It's a fantasy.

Bustamonte will get a minimum of 35% That is the number of core Democrat voters in this state who follow the party line no matter what.

There is absolutely no buzz for McClintock in the Bay Area. He is invisible to the average voter. He is not in the local papers, the local news, in late-night jokes, or in office water cooler talk.

Being on right wing radio shows is not giving Tom the exposure he needs. It's preaching to the choir. Arnold just has to wipe his nose and it gets covered. Is that fair? No. But that's reality.

First time that poll has come out.
All polls that have had more than one survey
taken now show McClintock only candidate going up.

Not much a poll either. What e-mail list did they use?

How do we know the samply that answered has anything
to do with makeup of the voters in California?
Answer we don't. But even that poll should
show McClintock rising in its second coming out
(if it has one) since McClintock rising is the general
trend and should continue all the way to October 7.

That stanford "poll" you mentioned.
If you look the "poll" up it is of 852 adults!
Not even registered voters.

Only 528 of whom are likely to vote. So that is
why Arnold is on top it has a ton of nonvoters
and most them would be saying Arnold since he
be the only name they would know.

But not even coming close to be a poll that
one can't no be counted.

3/8 are even planning on voting of those in that
survey most of whom probably are not even registered.

This is an absolutely critical election for Republicans in 2004. The dems know that, which is why the Clintons and company are showing up. Hugh knows that, and has the courage to put his reputation on the line. Who knows, it could be critical in Hillary's not winning the 2004 election! This is bigger than social issues. For god's sake, the bots have to wake up and vote for Arnold.

Hey, you're the one who said "All" polls. I simply pointed out that it wasn't "All" polls.

Its all polls. Stanford did not release a poll,
they released something but it wasn't a poll.

3/8 of those who answered were people who do not
intend to vote. And the respondents were just
adults not even limited to registered voters.

That's not a poll.

If Arnold should lose to Bustamante by a maller margin than McClintock's total, it will be because Arnold didn't earn those votes.

The votes belong to the citizens, not to candidates or parties.

Hugh is palying the presumptuous "party uber alles" card. Too silly for serious consideration.
