They don't get it! Businesses can't take more hits like this. There will be no jobs for the uninsured workers or those of us that do have benefits! What really galls me is that the legislature knows this could be illegal (ERISA, 1974) and provided for the legal cost....by having businesses pay fees to the state fund!! GET THESE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS OUT OF SACRAMENTO!

Not if the business goes under or the owner decides to cut back his/her workforce. Simple economics.

Ecer increasing health insurance premiums were a major factor in my decision to close my manufacturing company. $700 per month, increasing at 12%-20% per year. Not the only factor, but a significant factor.
