Drop your salary requirements and insitute a tort reform through your elected officials --- there will be no outsourcing. No need to be mad, Dame.

When my Mortgage Co agrees to a similar drop, and my Car payment's, medical bills, my food bills, etc etc....,I'll agree to a salary decrease in kind. I don't get the link to Tort reform. Outsourcing is due to Tort problems? Get Tort reform and Outsourcing dies? I think not. Blackbird.

Yes. The multi-million award agaisnt doctors and restaurants are paid by us in the form of higher insurance premia. We demand insurance from our employers, and it's very costly to them and us. You outsource to India -- not only the salary is lower but also the overhead associated with insurance,
