Hmmmmmm .... how does creating 130,000 IT job vacancies for skilled AMERICANS (who pay taxes, raise families and contribute to the American economy) hurt the economy? Just an uninformed engineers opinion, but I would think that filling these positions with people who DO NOT pay taxes, and send their paychecks out of the country would hurt the economy.

And as a little kicker, India (as an example) will not allow Americans to re-locate there and work; but WE must allow them access to pursue a career here.

I just wrote a letter to each senator and my congress-critter. I would advise all IT people, and anybody who is related to an IT person, to do the same
