SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- With less than two hours left on the New York Mercantile Exchange session, October natural gas is down 3.7 percent at $4.47 per million British thermal units, pressured by a 102 billion-cubic-foot increase in last week's U.S. supplies. October crude is up 29 cents at $27.32 per barrel, recovering part of the 2 percent loss it saw Wednesday. October unleaded gasoline is up 0.37 cent at 79.85 cents a gallon and October heating oil is down 0.9 cent at 70.25 cents a gallon.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- October natural gas closed at $4.471 per million British thermal units, down 17.1 cents following an intraday low at $4.45 -- the lowest level the lead futures contracts have seen since December. October heating oil also fell by 0.41 cent to 70.74 cents a gallon. October crude closed at $27.17 per barrel, up 14 cents and October unleaded gasoline climbed 0.69 cent to close at 80.17 cents a gallon.
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- October crude is down 52 cents at $26.65 a barrel, pressured by rising crude production in Iraq, a spike in U.S. supplies and expectations that OPEC will leave its output quota unchanged when it meets next week. October unleaded gasoline is also down by 2.17 cents at 78 cents a gallon and Otober heating oil is at 69.85 cents a gallon, down 0.89 cent. October natural gas is down 0.6 cent at $4.465 per million British thermal units.
