Having safely completed his own tour of duty in Vietnam and returned to the US, John Kerry testifies to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1971 about what a terrible "mistake" our involvement in Vietnam was - "we feel because of what threatens this country, not the reds, but the crimes which we are committing that threaten it, that we have to speak out"...makes me wonder why Kerry now seems so proud of his service during the war...and how many US troops died because ultimately morale was devastated by turncoats like him.....
