Clark ordered a British general to attack Russian troops in Bosnia, but the general refused, saying, "I am not going to start WWIII over you." Can't see why anyone would trust him with the briefcase. Also, he was drummed out of the military because he could not get along with his subordinates. Not a very ringing endorsement. Those same subordinates would be under him if he were Commander in Chief.

General Waco Clark had no such reservation when ordered to gas and burn the children.

"Clark ordered a British general to attack Russian troops in Bosnia,... Accuracy check:
--Clark wanted to block the Pristina airport runway with vehicles to prevent Russia from reinforcing its small Kosovo garrison. Provacative? yes. but he didn't order anyone to attack the Russians.

These subordinates would be mercilessly hounded out of the military, with their lives, reputations and futures completely destroyed.
