That's actually a dugout, or "one-hitter", as the kids say.I know the type but I hadn't seen one where the hitter looks like a cig.
I thought maybe it was holding a hand stuffed "cigarette" stuffed with something other than tobacco.

Yep, they come in all shapes and sizes. Didn't know the hand-stuffed kind, tobacco that is, could look like store-bought, though. Might have to investigate that!
