If Clinton had spent 15-20 Billion/year during his Presidency, preparing for terrorism, we would have to spend enormous amounts now trying to catch up. He was too busy buying votes and bragging about the (phony) surplus.

Eleanor is a moron. Her rantings are never correct. Her record on predictions is horrible.
Her perceptions are based totally on her bias towards the left, Democrats and against anything with an (R) next to it.
Even if Hillary Clinton, the girl of Eleanor's erotic dreams, became a Republican and espoused tax cuts, elimination of worthless social programs, etc., Eleanor would call her a right wing extremist, go home, and pout.
Then she'd call up Margaret Carlson and invite her over for white wine and a massage.
