I think this whole thing is hysterical (besides scary). I just can't imagine that someone who is here illegally (supposedly they can be picked up and deported at any time) would apply for a driver's licence and give the government their names and addresses so that they can get legal auto insurance and be "responsible" illegal immigrants!!
