Are you arguing that most elected officials are great and wise men?

No, and I am curious as to how you would infer such a thing from my post. I am merely arguing that Klayman has been ineffective, has shown himself to be little more than a self-aggrandizing promoter, using dubious litigation to be a gadfly to whomever happens be in power at the moment. If he is as effective as a campaigner and legislator as he is as a trial attorney, we are definitely better off without him.

That may not be a great resume for becoming a leader, but it doesn't disqualify you from getting elected.
