Barney, you posted just what the Democrat party would pray conservatives would do in this election so Cruz Bustamante is elected.

There are two issues.
#1 Is McClintock going to be a man and get out since he can't win or:
#2 Is he going to forever end his future in Republican politics here in CA.

Don't doubt this could be McClintocks last campaign as a representative as a Republican.

You're falling into the trap of voting for the guy with an "R". Arnie has no experience, which isn't a bad thing necessarily, but look at who his advisers are... Pete Wilson a tax raising "Republican" and the man advocating property tax increases... Warren Buffett. A man with no experience will look to his advisers. You know what they'll say : "You have to raise taxes Arnie."

Mc Clintock has spend years fighting for true conservative principles without flip-flopping and now he has to bow out because some actor wants to run? Meanwhile the actor is certaintly no Ronald Reagan.
