Schools
Roads
Health Care
Other Social Services
etc.
If so, then why SHOULDN'T they pay their "fair share"?

He says the Indians don't have to pay their part for the infrastructure Californians have provided Indian Gaming, or their fair share for the crime it attracts, or their fair share for clean up and congestion on roads leading to casinos.
The prostitution in the Morongo Valley is legendary, it's no coincidence that the Morongo Casino is located nearby. That attracts a whole laundry list of expensive problems. Health and safety issues that are paid for by the state taxpayers. The Indians Gaming enterprise pays no state tax on their profits, unlike other businesses in the state.
