American citizens are not required to have a Socialist Insecurity number, so why would one be required for a drivers license?

It is amazing how we let the unwillingness to control our borders be used as an excuse to control us.

The border could be controlled if the politicians wanted to, but the Demonrats see votes coming across and the RINOs see cheap labor. They both see convenient excuses to pass more laws to control ordinary US citizens. The requirement for Socialist Insecurity numbers on drivers licenses is one of those.
