He did have to take steroids all last year for the hearing loss by the handfull, so there was a real issue for the predisone type of drugs, but where the rest of this is going, I haven't a clue yet.

I doubt that Rush needs the money, but if the Enquirer needs a tax shelter, losing another libel suit is as good as any I suppose. Assuming such losses are acceptable tax shelters. I don't know about such things, nor sadly do I need to.
