I know where you are coming from. I lived in an open town meeting town in Mass years ago. You need a 101 voters for a quorum, 12 of us blocked a Junior HS for years, we had a Regional School system, and the imports from South of Boston didn't want Brandy and Jason spending an extra 15 minuits on a bus.
