Correct. It's a conservative death wish...a fear of success.
I'm reminded of the Lott vs. Frist days. Frist has gotten us where exactly? No further than Lott as far as I can tell, yet Lott stepping aside gave a shallow victory to the opposition.
Personally speaking, I don't think The Governator is right for the job, yet he's far better than davis, given that the state of CA is no where near ready for Tom.
I thank my lucky stars that I got out of that state when I did.
