Except the next time a head coach position opens up or the next quarterback is promoted to 1st string. We will never be beyond the race thing until affirmitive action is discredited completely. What Rush said was that affirmative action is alive and well in the NFL and media and damn the real stats.

McNabb is not an example of affirmative action any more than
a defensive back is or a lineman. He is not overated and Rush made an incredibly stupid statement for a man of his intelligence and political awareness. Talk about handing his enemies a club to use on him.
