The cargo appeared to be boxes and boxes of cigarettes delivered to the occupants of the home who are of Arab decent. Perhaps this is a nation wide crime. I told my friend he should contact the police when he told me this. I must show him this thread.

Yes, it is and it's getting bigger. The punitive cigarette taxes have created a new black market at the same time the above ground economy is in the tank.

I have collected dozens of stories of cigarette black marketing being used to fund terrorism. It is much harder to catch the black marketeers because they are after all dealing in a legal product.
