Rush accused the sports press of racism. That is the essence of his charge. They favor a black quarterback more for his skin color than his abilities.

That is Rush's judgement of the sports press. Let them refute the charge. Otherwise, Rush has said nothing racially offensive to a person particularly, or a racial group generally. He just called journalists racist.
