Exactly. He's a great performer and musician, but probably doesn't know squat about foreign policy or national security. I won't buy any more of his albums. He can go to hell with the rest of the anti-American left in this country...

Eff you, Bruce.
In an intellectual showdown between you and a sack of rocks, the rocks would win.
Now, wander back to the Rock N Rollers Old Folks Home before someone finds you missing.

Sounds like Springsteen hasn't talked with any of our troops lately. He's too busy shooting himself with one of his favorite drugs. Wonder if Bubba Clintoon is his supplier?
To: CMClay
Let's ignore Springsteen just for the heck of it. Same for the whole industry.

Laura Ingrahams Publisher should send a copy of her new book
"Shut Up And Sing" to each house he lives in in N.J.,N.Y. and Beverly Hills and any other home in which he resides. Surely his address couldn't be that difficult for them to acquire.

Heading into the hit "Born in the U.S.A.," he said: "The question of whether we were misled into the war in Iraq isn't a liberal or conservative or Republican or Democratic question, it's an American one.Appropriate that he chose that song to make his little rant, since in 1984 he refused permission to Ronald Reagan to use that song on his campaign tour.

Not to mention an extremely overrated musician. He screams, he doesn't sing. I'm going to give Kid Rock and Ted Nugent a call and have them kick his arse.

He's a great performer and musician, but probably doesn't know squat about foreign policy or national security. I won't buy any more of his albums. I haven't bought an album since Tunnel of Love, which I thought was pretty weak. I loved his early stuff, especially Greetings From Asbury Park.
A teenage friend asked me to take her to see Springsteen last April at the LA Forum. Overall, I was pretty diappointed. I had not seen him since around 1990 and I would have rather had that as my memory. He would play one good old song, then some post 911 crap. Borring, monotone, derivative. I told the kid I took that the crappy stuff started showing up after he married Patty Scaflia. We started calling her Yoko Ono.

"It is time to impeach the president and put in somebody that knows what they're doing," the musician, known as "The Boss," told the crowd. Well, there goes any respect I may have once had for Springsteen. Is this what rockers resort to when they get washed up? What a pompous ass.

"It is time to impeach the president and put in somebody that knows what they're doing." That would be Cheney. Yes, Cheney does know what he's doing. But seriously, it's long past time for impeachment of the President. He should have suffered impeachment, conviction, and removal long ago over his foreign policy. Giving up our official secrets to the Chicoms for campaign dollars certainly does amount to "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." So does lying under oath.
But Springstein's got a problem. The guy worthy of impeachment, conviction, and removal from the presidency has not held that office since noon, 20 January 2001. Perhaps it's time to remind this idiot actor that we already removed the president whom he wishes to impeach upon the end of his term through a process known as election of a new president, Texas Governor George W. Bush. Bush, elected in a sweeping 271-266 landslide, eagerly accepted the post and has performed the duties of the president in a most commendable manner. Americans really admire his leadership and his staunch opposition to enemies of the United States who want them dead.

Springsteen is an overrated igit. Whenever one of these igits want a little press, they attack President Bush. He's a safe target to attack so they can get some publicity.
To: mallardx
"Exactly. He's a great performer and musician'" I hadn't noticed that.
