Is anybody watching the show? Can you believe what they are saying? Talking about stabing someone in the back!

Well what are they saying?
To: Andy from Beaverton
Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing. I thought Tom Jackson was the worst.

I could not sit through it. I changed the channel. For some reason, I expected them to be men and defend Rush. Instead, Tom Jackson pandered like the pussy I now know him to be. I will never watch them again.

What they all said was that they didn't respond to Rush at the time he made his comments because they had not been told how they should think about until later that week. What a bunch of wimps!
To: Jason Kauppinen
Conform or be cast out.
Oh, and Michael Irvin is next going to be talking about respecting women and staying straight.

Well, all of them said pretty much the same thing, but I thought Tom Jackson was the worst, saying something like,
It wasn't my decision to bring Rush Limbaugh on the show and he's known for devisive social commentary and he brought it on the show and he's a bad human being, and I knew he was going to do this, and the ESPN bigwigs trumped me on the hiring decision...yada yada yada.

I thought Tom Jackson was the worst. That whole pity party was making my stomach turn. I thought they were going to cry. Not even one comment that there was nothing racist in the remark.
Quick, someone call the thought police. I am having unpure, unPC thoughts about the entire crew!

Real Dumb move ESPN, I for one am done with Sunday NFL Coutndown. Interesting to see what the ratings will be next week onward.
Tom Jackson said Limbaugh was forced upon the show.
What a punk. They looked really put upon for the last 4 weeks. Those ratings increases must have been a real burden too.

Tom Jackson is Jesse Jackson with a bigger build. Pitiful. Its odd how ALL of ESPN "missed" it (false racism). They are pandering to the few liberals Rush ticked off and its disgusting. Im turning the channel and will NOT support NFL Sunday countdown.

Tom Jackson is basically calling Rush a racist. He is kicking himself in the butt for not speaking up at the time. He had a black friends child ask him if it is already for blacks to be quarterback. Even Chris jumped on Rush. I hope Rush plays these comments on his show because they are amazing. I'm not a Rush fan, but I'm feeling sorry for him.

Rush proved himself to be the only one on the show who was couragous enough to truly speak his own mind.

Michael Irvin complaining about the actions/words of anyone is pretty damn funny.

This was a disgusting backstabbing of Rush. ESPN should be ashamed after their first response to then cave to pressure and crush him like this.

Ouch. I watched it too.
They said that Rush promised to leave his social commentary on his radio program and only talk football on the show. "He broke that promise."
