Dan, thanks for spelling out your position. I have been one of your harsher critics and I still feel you are very wrong.

God calls us to do what is right and to leave the results to Him. Supporting a pro-abort is never right.

When did Tom support domestic partnerships? Can you cite the bill number and date?

I find it interesting that God says He hates the shedding of innocent blood and you insist on supporting someone who fully supports that action. All the best.

I'd count up all the "I's" you have in your essay but I don't have the time. Suffice to say, there are plenty. That makes your essay more about you than the actual topic. How Christians could justify voting for a person like Arnold; hesitating to call him a man because he doesn't have the character of a real man, is amazing to me. Each day proves his character truly flawed for the position of authority and leadership.

This is a superb, detailed essay, right on target.

You did an excellent job. I think it would convince anyone who is really planning to vote for McClintock, instead of Arnold out of Christian considerations, to change their minds.

I hope those people will read your essay.

I think all real conservatives should vote against the Democrats, and the way to do that is to vote for the recall and for Schwarzenegger. Anything else helps the Democrats who are Christianity's worst enemies -- witness the escalation of attacks on Christianity in recent times.

This is a critical election: do we vote to push the Democrats back, or do we vote to strengthen their power.

Schwarzenegger needs to win, and needs to win by a landslide, to be able to recapture California from the Democrats who want to destroy Christianity.

And I will maintain the thought that he is likelier to respond to a loving witness, than to the seething and volcanic hatred that I have seen some of my professing fellow-Christians express towards him, and towards anyone who dares to speak a kind word about him, day after day.

No worse than the seething and volcanic hatred to McClintock and his supporters. Many Arnold supporters here have been more outrageous and offensive than anything Arnold has done. Your cohorts could have garnered more support without resorting to juvenile tactics, but instead they're a major turn-off.
