In the fine tradition of Perot and Buchanan supporters. I'm simply amazed that some never grasp the simple concept that half a loaf is better than none.

It ain't half a loaf, it's about 5%. It isn't worth it.

After 8 years of Bill Clinton, even our resident Forrest Gumps should have figured it out by now.

After 8 years of Peter Wilson even you should have figured it out by now.

Masticate feces. After voting for Arnold you'd best get used to it.

Sure it is! We get to see Davis packing his bags and leaving office early.
In the electorate here we are dealing with the mob. They aren't interested in restoring the Republic. They're interested in bread and circuses. If Arnold wasn't on the ballot, Davis might not even get recalled. Arnold enjoys the popularity of the big name gladiator of Rome.
I hate to be defeatist, but our gun rights are in California are going and not coming back. The most we can hope for is to slow the loss.

Yes. Better to have Cruz BustaMECHA or Gray Davis than that 5%. Continue the GOP's strategy of losing on principle.

As for your "masticate feces" suggestion, I'll leave that to McClintock and his supporters on October 8th. I'm sure that McClintbots will fade back into the crevices of cyberspace, just like the Brigadiers did post-Nov. 2000...probably a remarkable overlap in membership between the two groups.
