The President held a press conference at 10:30 Friday morning... How much more out front do you want him to be?

The Kay report was released late LAST WEEK. The left had the entire weekend talkshowcircuit to bash it as proving their "no WMD's found" case. No counter response the entire weekend. Every weekend newstalkshow and major left newspaper and major left media news program carried----"no WMD's found", GWB lied about the reason, blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada. That sinks into the public's minds!

The same applied to the CIA/Wilson/Novack scandal. The "appearance" is tha the WH was behind this.

Perceptions, especially wrong ones, can be dangerous in political camps. Newt, on FoxNews was speaking from experience. Count how many major Dems have gone down to defeat because of scandals in the last 15 years? How many Pubs? See, these scandals take down more Pubs in the final count.

Well... I guess the President's biggest mistake was that he didn't hire you as his political strategist... since you always seem to know what to do in every circumstrance... and according to you, you would do a far better job than anyone in the White House.
