That's what I worry about. With all the absentee ballots in storage, what security is in place to prevent the Dem Operatives from swapping out large blocks, with their own ballots? Since there will be only 4 punched holes in each card (Recall/Canditate/& 2 propositions), it will be easy make them look OK, i.e., they don't have to randomize a card with 50 or more punched holes, to make it look like different individual voters.

There is too much at stake for the Dems, not to cheat.

Amen. I think Arnie is the best candidate to throw a monkey wrench into this strong-arm Democrat machine that's running CA. Sure he's more liberal than I'd like, but he's more conservative than Gray.
