Chris Matthews now bringing up the "Arnold needs to get more votes than Davis" argument (meaning more votes than the no votes for the recall).
Sheesh------Like I said, a slave to Dem talking point memos.
He didn't insist on the idea, but he did bring it up right at the end.
Oh, I hope Olberman is ticked. He's up next.

Matthews has been laying that spin out for over a week now. I don't think many are buying it. It's a last gasp. Besides, it looks like Arnold gonna do it anyway.

Chris Matthews now bringing up the "Arnold needs to get more votes than Davis" argument (meaning more votes than the no votes for the recall). Another variant is that Arnold "needs to" get more absolute votes than did Davis last November. THAT hurdle's almost certainly cleared. Davis got 3,469,025 votes then. Arnold looks to be getting well over 4 million today -- and the recall itself, maybe 6 million.

What amazes me are the number of talking heads who do no research to understand what subject they're discussing. There are two separate issues on this ballot: the removing/recalling of Davis is the DAVIS vote - yes or no to keep him. The separate issue is who should replace him. Hissy Matthews often blurts out things that have no basis in reality and does not take the time to educate himself.
LUD! MulHoooligan is now on OReily. Interesting that he did not call the race.
