The ACLU convinced 3 federal appeals court judges that the recall should be stopped because of 40,000 votes? It was laughable then, and doubly so now. Many more votes will not be counted, because they will not change the outcome of the election.
Interesting. Pro-life vote went almost 3 to 1 for Arnold over Tom.
