True Conservatives can be a somewhat disappointed today, but not as much as they believe

I thought it was win-win for conservatives. If enough people voted for Tom and Arnold lost, the republican party would have to move to the right to 'shore up' the base. Odd side effect - get more votes. With the numbers Tom got, I think it is good news. But Arnold won, and the R next to his name has to mean something(even if it is short for rino).

The fact that the leftist slimes did everything they could to bring Arnold down, using every dirty trick, shows that they hate and fear him. If they hate and fear him, they must not own him. Maybe just because his actual views and how they will manifest are not known. Also, a lot of people who were formerly socially liberal changed when they got more informed.

Also, there's a point where a fiscal conservative and social liberal meet social conservatives: maintaining socially liberal platforms and programs COST LOTS OF MONEY!!
