The Enquirer has had this story, from the maid, for two years+ ! Then, when Rush was all over the news with the ESPN story, they printed it. The " facts " are feeble at best. There is very little for anyone, except those who enjoy tinfoil, to get all that excited about as being " true ".

As has been stated repeatedly , the NE can't be sued for libel, they printed the accuser's words, NOT their own. Libel has to be proven to be of malicious intent and the NE left enough wiggle room so as NOT to be sued and they know it.

NE can be sued, has been sued, and has lost. Carol Burnett comes to mind.

BTW: anyone else going to ignore the george cloney french poodle movie?
