Well for what it's worth I don't like any of your suggestions with the exception of live chat, which we have already and nobody uses.

But I have a few suggestions
#1 On the user page, where you see the users 'state' flag, it would be nice to spell out the 'state'. So I wouldn't have to click again to find out where all the Aholes come from.

#2 Moderator should zap all 'tabloid' posts and 'titles'. Title should be identified as 'vanities' or media/writer source.
