Bixman: The Illegal Takeover of California

The word illegal is not difficult to pronounce, nor is it difficult to understand. It simply means to break the law. Children understand the concept at an early age. If they are taught that stealing a toy from a store is not only morally wrong, but against the law, they have learned the meaning of illegal. How then, when managing illegal immigration, can such a basic concept evade the understanding of state and federal legislators?

Media spokesmen, activists, and a growing number of politicians have deleted the word illegal and simply refer to these lawbreakers as immigrants. In the fuzzy world of political correctness, the act of breaking the law is softened and outright ignored, and the true meaning of the law is obscured and redefined by those making policy. In essence, illegal immigration has been reconstructed to represent the global vision of unity and diversity embraced by those favoring world government.

The Global planners have diligently worked to effect an One World Order by allowing individuals, who have no respect nor allegiance to the United States and its laws, and who economically drain the purses of U.S. taxpayers, to illegally flood the country.

As California Goes - So Goes the Nation Although all western border states have been hard-hit by an influx of illegals crossing the Mexican border, California has been used as a "bell-weather" state to advance the global agenda. It has been said that if one wants to see what the One World Order will look like, just visit Los Angeles where over 140 different languages and dialects are spoken in the Los Angeles County school system..

The English language has been decimated and no longer considered the native tongue. Signs in stores, gas stations, government offices, restaurants and hospitals are printed in English as well as Spanish. Voter ballots and driving manuals, issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles are printed in multiple languages as well. Yet, concerning the official language, the Constitution of California reads as follows:

Article III, Section 6 (a) Purpose. English is the common language of the United States of American and the State of California. This section is intended to preserve, protect and strengthen the language, and not to supersede any of the rights guaranteed to the people by this Constitution.

(b) English as the Official Language of California. English is the Official language of the State of California.

(c) Enforcement. The Legislature shall enforce this section by appropriate legislation. The Legislature and officials of the State of California shall take all steps necessary to insure that the role of English as the common language of the State of California is preserved and enhanced. The Legislature shall make no law which diminishes or ignores the role of English as the common language of the State of California.

There should be no doubt as to the meaning of the above law, but those legislators in servitude to the One World Order henchmen, have no loyalty to the law, and continue to make laws that will promote the Globalists agenda.

Every form of social engineering has been tested in California first, and the maxim, "as California goes - so goes the nation," has proven to be undeniably true.

Eventually there will be no place to run as the insidious social programs, which have destroyed California, are now being enacted in other states.

On September 1, a confederation of illegal alien advocates, demanding their "rights" entitled the "Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride, began a trek through America's major cities." Pushing for, public assistance, driver licenses and college tuition benefits, the alliance will press state legislators to adopt these policies along with amnesty and open borders.

Unless one lives in "The Golden State," it is difficult to comprehend the mood of tax-paying, law-abiding citizens that populate the state. As John Doe Taxpayer finds it increasingly difficult to "make-ends-meet," he has become frustrated by the enactment of legislation which rewards those who break the law. A spirit of anger and hostility is brewing as the average citizen is becoming vocal regarding "illegal alien give-aways.." This is a rare occurrence in a state most commonly referred to as the Granola State - land of the fruits, nuts and flakes.

The California Recall Movement to oust Governor Gray Davis, has turned into a media circus, but the average citizen has embraced the recall in the hopes that a change of leadership in Sacramento, will reverse illegal alien benefits, and restore economic balance.

Thus, a better appreciation of the absurd legislation, now being enacted in California, through Globalists machinations, must be gained if citizens of other states are to understand and to prepare for the bombardment that is headed their way. On September 5, California Governor Gray Davis signed legislation allowing illegal aliens to apply for driver licenses. Surprisingly, California now joins the 14 other states of Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia to allow illegal aliens the "legal" privilege of driving.

David Ray, a spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), stated, "It's a document that most adults possess, the problem now is that with the large number of states issuing licenses to illegal aliens, border inspectors are starting to question whether or not they'll be able to accept driver licenses from certain states for re-entry into the country. That's quite a burden to impose on somebody. But the fact that the federal government isn't reining in the states on the issuance of the driver's license is turning into a non-secure, unreliable document that will continue to be sought by terrorists."

"Under this legislation, California's process will resemble that of Virginia's during the period in which seven of the Sept. 11 terrorists obtained fraudulent licenses from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles,” said Rep. Christopher Cox, R-CA. Until recently, Virginia did not require applicants for driver licenses to show verifiable proof of identity."

Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-CO., Head of the House Immigration Caucus, has introduced H.R. 3052, the State Accountability and Identity Fraud Elimination Act of 2004, which would withhold federal highway funds from states who allow illegals to drive.

"A driver's license can become a 'breeder document' for other documents for establishing false identities and gaining access to social services and voter registration," Tancredo stated, "It allows you to board airplanes and is basically a domestic passport. Deliberately giving this domestic passport to several million illegal aliens is an act of incredible stupidity and callousness. Political expediency has reached a new low in California."

Mexican Identification Cards Illegal aliens now residing in California, do not have to concern themselves with the notion of using a driver license for identification as the governor and legislature have provided them with another form of ID, the Matricula Consular Card.

More commonly referred to as the Mexican ID card, it is issued through Mexican Consulates and permits aliens to open bank accounts, check out library books, obtain marriage and business licenses and access other basic services. The U.S. Treasury Department, amid charges the cards could pose a terrorist security risk and act as a de facto amnesty for illegals, reviewed the use of the cards and announced they will not rescind the existing rules.

The cards have been accepted by Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo and other financial institutions and makes it easier for illegals to send money back to Mexico. When analyzing the monetary benefits, it only makes sense that Globalist banking institutions would welcome the use of the cards, as monies being sent from the U.S. to Mexico have reached an all-time-high.

In July of this year, "cash remittances sent from the U.S. to Mexico reached $1.12 billion, an increase of 33 percent over the same month last year. Several of the largest banks in the U.S. have started competing aggressively in the market in recent months, led by Citibank, which own Mexico's largest bank Banamex, and Wells Fargo, which has an alliance with BBVA Bancomer of Mexico."

In September the Mexican central bank announced that money sent home from U.S. based migrants (illegal aliens) topped foreign investment and tourism dollars and is now second only to oil revenues. Thus the fabricated notion, regarding illegals strengthening the U.S. economy by performing jobs that nobody else wants, is fallacious.

The large outflow of dollars, along with free healthcare, welfare, education and housing is actually depleting monetary resources available to citizens and in part, is the reason why California now faces a budget deficit of $38 billion.

"California spends at least $3 billion a year on illegal aliens, and when California's outlays are combined with those of the other 49 states as well as the federal government, illegal immigration costs more than $20 billion a year."

California Home Ownership Escapes the Middle-class Home ownership has always been seen as part of the "American dream,"and the thought of owning a home where a mild climate and sun-drenched beaches are the norm, evoked dreamy thoughts of the good life. The good life however, is rapidly vanishing as the average home price in California far exceeds the national average of $133,000. The median price of a home in the state's 3 largest cities is: San Francisco - $549,000, Los Angeles - $ 230,000, and San Diego - $536,000.

Thus, the average middle-class Californian can no longer afford to buy a home, but that is not the case with illegal immigrants. The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) feature low-cost, no down payment loans that do not require lenders to obtain proof of citizenship.

A 25-year veteran of the California mortgage industry stated, "It boggles the mind to think how many illegal aliens are homeowners in this country thanks to these programs, all fully insured by our government. Because of fear of lawsuits for discrimination, I can also tell you that a lender may have a borrower who speaks little or not English who claims to be either a citizen or resident alien and it will not be questioned nor any proof required."

Middle-class Californians, tired of subsidizing illegal alien programs and carrying the bulk of the state's tax burden are leaving the state in droves. According to the U.S. Census Bureau during the past year, more individuals migrated out of California than moved in from other states. The state population still showed an increase, however, as the growth was attributed to foreign immigration.

Those leaving the state, however, will soon find out that problems left behind in California, will soon be the norm in their new state of residence as cities across the nation are also dealing with illegal home ownership issues. For example, "the Denver metro area alone accounted for 20,000 to 40,000 of the FHA-approved loans for suspected aliens."

Free College Tuition Perhaps the most perfidious legislation to be passed by the California State Assembly occurred on September 12, which waives college tuition for illegal aliens. While most individuals spend thousands of dollars earning a college degree, and quite often incur large debt in the form of student loans, those illegals residing in California now receive a "free degree."

Upon passage of the bill, one of the few "sane" members of the California Legislature, Assemblyman Dennis Mountjoy, R-Monrovia, remarked, "Now we want to give financial aid in community colleges to illegal aliens? Members, what is the matter with you?"

In a fool-hearted effort to plug holes in the state's $38 billion deficit, California Governor Gray Davis has tripled the cost of college tuition making it increasingly difficult for any student who is a legal resident to obtain a college education. [Editors note: My daughter is a college freshman who is working 2 part-time jobs to pursue her education. Because she has blonde hair, blue eyes, was born in California, and speaks English she is being penalized.]

The California budget crisis has also resulted in massive teacher layoffs, the elimination of sports and language programs, and larger class sizes, yet California spends $2.2 billion yearly to educate the children of illegal immigrants. That number can only increase in coming years due to the passage of the new legislation.

Population Control The Global planners have long been in the business of population control. New diseases, such as AIDs, have been introduced with the intent to reduce the population and rid the world of "useless eaters." Thus, the unchecked influx of illegal aliens, now assimilated into the U.S. population, provides the perfect opportunity for diseases, once eradicated in America, to thrive once more.

"In the past 40 years, leprosy in the U.S. stood at 900 recorded cases. Today, because of massive immigration from Third World countries, we have more than 7,000 people suffering from leprosy, ???And those are the one we know about,' said Dr. John Levis, physician at Bellevue Hospital's Hansen's Disease Clinic in New York. "There are probably many, many more and they are spreading."

Dr. Lee Reichman, a world-renowned expert in Tuberculosis stated, "In the 1990s, cases [of tuberculosis] among foreign-born Americans rose from 29 percent to 41.6 percent. Antibiotic-resistant strains from Mexico have migrated to Texas. Since three years ago, 16,000 new cases of TB were discovered in the United States. Half were foreign born. Strains of TB once found only in Mexico have migrated to border states of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California. It will move north as illegal aliens work in restaurants as cooks, dishwashers and food handlers. We sit on the edge of a potential catastrophe."

Citizenship not Required As a result of all the economic and social benefits given to illegal aliens, it is now more desirable to be an illegal alien than a citizen, and a resident of California. Currently, an illegal alien residing in the state of California can receive free health care, welfare, food stamps, free or subsidized housing. a drivers license, a government loan to buy a home, can open a business and can obtain a job without social security and taxes being withdrawn from his pay.

Law enforcement officials have viewed the illegal alien issue as a political hot potato and refuse to uphold the law.

On August 26, 2003, Los Angeles Chief of Police, William Bratton, was interviewed on the Ken Minyard show on KABC radio. In discussing the illegal situation, a caller by the name of Steve remarked: "The rest of your arguments are humorous. They're (illegal aliens) here illegally, his (LAPD Chief Willaim Bratton) job is to uphold the law."

Chief Bratton: "In as much as California has pretty much indicated that they don't want us involved in that issue, we're out of that business. If you don't like it leave the state." If residents of California are unsuccessful in pressuring the legislature into repealing the insidious "illegal laws" of the past 10 years, then perhaps, it's time for the citizens of California to renounce their citizenship and flee over the Mexican border. Individuals could then sneak back into the United States, and claim their free goodies as illegal aliens. While that might seem like a solution to some stymied individual who sees no rescue in sight, it would only be a short-term solution for those who have laid out the plans for world government have already redesigned the map of the United States. Through the creation of NAFTA the borders will be opened and the United States will be linked with Mexico and Canada and the region will become the United States of North America

Follow the Money Trail Global elitists have been able to accomplish their planned destruction of America by funding militant illegal groups such as the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, (MEChA), the League of United Latin American Citizens, (LULAC), the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, (MALDEF), and the National Council of La Raza, (NCLR).

"The following are but a few of the corporations, all of who have C.E.O.s that are members of the Council on Foreign Relations, gave contributions to pro-illegal immigrant groups: American Express, ARCO, AT&T, American Airlines, Chevron, Exxon, Ford, General Electric, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Mobil, J.C. Penny, Texaco, United Airlines, Campbell Soup, Disney, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Sara Lee, Proctor & Gamble."

These businesses, who support the global viewpoint, will continue to aid the illegal immigration invasion until their goal of a One World Order is achieved.

All the ingredients for disaster, which have already occurred in California, are present and potentially ready to explode on a national scale. As the economy continues to worsen, and more jobs are lost to illegals, a backlash, which is already brewing in California, will spread throughout the United States in a riotous fashion.

To those who refuse to take a stand against this onslaught; to those who laugh at the events now unfolding in California; who now call the state, "Mexifornia," and blindly believe "it can't happen here," BEWARE - YOUR STATE IS NEXT!

Some of the conclusions of the author are a little 'off the wall'; but, by and large, the problem is going to escalate to the point of real disruption. Clearly, there is no political will on the part of either major party nor any business interest to do anything except promote further lawbreaking by declaring an amnesty, thus encouraging more illegal border jumping. Those in legislatures across America are going to have a lot to answer for should a major epidemic like drug-resistant tuberculosis sweep through the population, or some real bad actors like those who destroyed the WTC sneak over the border diguised as "poor Mexicans, just looking for work". Another event like 9/11 traced to the southern border could be a triggering event. Those politicians screwing around with this issue are taking a very big risk with their futures.

The politicians will not solve this problem. It will be handled in the streets at some point and it is going to be the ugliest thing we have ever seen in the history of the United States of America. It is a breathtaking lawlessness and it is undermining all respect for our system of government. The politicians have been warned but they are not going to lift a finger. They will reap a whirlwind.

The true beginning to solving this problem would be for the Bush administration to do its job and start controlling the borders.

As long as 90% of Illegal Alien apprehensions and deportations occur within 3 days of crossing the border, the borders won't be secure.
Securing the American interior is the key to securing the borders.

Well, I take back the part about every word being true. I missed this gem.

You basically cannot renounce your citizenship any longer. The courts have held that there is essentially no way to legally renounce citizenship except by joining the army of a foreign nation which is at war with the United States. Joining the army of a foreign nation not at war with the U.S. is insufficient. Standing in the middle of Times Square with network cameras rolling and proclaiming that you renounce your citizenship is insufficient.

Thus has citizenship been further cheapened...
