Latinos should boycott schools if illegal licenses retracted
La Opinion ^ | 10/11/03 | Jorge Luis Macias

Posted on 10/11/2003 7:43:00 AM PDT by Pa' fuera

Nativo Lopez, director of Hermandad Mexicana Nacional, expressed that the Latino and immigrant communities should not rule out extraofficial measures of pressure against the California economy to protect SB60.

"The Latino labor force is 40% of the statewide labor force. Its force and impact in the economy should be used as a weapon to help us in our struggle", said Lopez

This means, said the activist, that "if (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is not going to respect our rights, we should be ready to retain our labor, to organize strikes, to not send our children to school, because each of them brings federal money into our state treasury, to not consume products in the stores for several days, weeks, or even months."

"If this governor supports the welfare and rights of children as he has said, and assures us that the children of California hold a special place in his heart, then he has to allow the parents of these children to be able to drive them to their schools, to the doctor, to the zoo, etc.", said the activist.

Just so we have this straight, Nativo Lopez says the governor is insensitive to children if he doesn't allow their illegal parents to drive them around, but it is OK for those same parents to pull them out of school and starve them to advance Lopez's political agenda.

This is a brilliant strategy. A big part of the budget problem is California taxpayers having to foot the education and health care bills for illegals. So, by all means keep your kids home. And if you can manage it, don't use our hospitals and emergency rooms. You'll be doing California a big favor.

Yes, and especially when groups such as Lopez's Hermandad are financed by government grants

Every "citizen" knows, and has been told many times, a drivers license is a "privilege" not a right.

Why not do the ultimate protest...either join the club, play by OUR rules, or pack up and go home if you don't like the way we do things here.

Let me get this straight. There is a Mexican activist calling for illegal foreign invaders to cause disruption and destruction to a state of the union?

Could this be considered an act of war? Call out the army, repell the invaders, hang the traitors.

I believe the strategy for removing latino children from school is in part to deny the daily attendance monies to the school district. Of course, this is child abuse and should be treated as such. The parents should be jailed, fined and if aliens, deported for criminal activity. A little bit of that will go a long way.

To paraphrase the brilliant, the cerebral, the perspicacious late Rep. Sonny Bono,

the thing about illegal immigration is?

it's illegal.

You don't get to come in illegally and then get stuff legally.

Call me if that's confusing, Nativo.

And you should be ready to have your position filled by someone else.

This should help the (legal) employment in California.

Hi boys & girls

What say we start a "reverse Michelin Guide" of CA and other state employers that willfully and knowingly hire illegal aliens while screaming GW is raising unemployment rates and losing USA jobs?

Post it on an internet website like the "Prof-Watch" website.

ID government agencies and politicians that hire illegal aliens.

Publish names and license tags #s of illegal aliens curently driving illegally; description & photos of their cars and ID signs of where they work.

Employers names, addresses, phone #s, FAX 3S, email addresses, etc.

Even govt supervisors

Full court press

SS #s if illegally gotten (US ID# N/G)

We need to get series 'bout this stuff of we'll be covered up by illegals in hospitals...Oh...We are...

Lots of smarties and sharp minds here on FR

How 'bout some critism &/or ideas or corrections?

Are any Tancredo websites doing this yet?

Any border groups?

Huh?

Huh?

This could be hugh

No, you don't understand. For a citizen or an alien who is a legal resident, a driver's license is a privilege. For an illegal alien, thanks to Gray Davis, a driver's license is now a right.

The clown activist should realize that the "latino" vote is not all that unified ---- he can't count 40% because the American hispanics who aren't immigrants don't vote the way he tells them to vote. The Mexican nationalists vote is the only portion of the latino vote he might control. They don't control that much of the economy. They could all get mad and head back home, and there wouldn't be much damage done. They'd get their food stamps and welfare checks cut off plus all that Section 8 housing would sit empty --- but so what?

The only ones he's scaring with this threat are the Mexican "bilingual" teachers who won't have jobs if they're students don't show up. They can go back to Mexico too and teach Spanish there.

Please, please, pull your kids out of schools and quit working the jobs that have watered-down wages, that, in many cases, using the subterfuge of being a "subcontractor" pay no taxes to the state or benefits causing a huge drain from the taxpayer-financed social services network. Not to mention the cash that is exported out of country from the state and doesn't add a nickel to the state's economy (economists figure that a dollar turns over about 7 times from when it is first spent in the economy).

Let's see, illegals working so teenagers wanting summer and restaurant jobs can't find work? Illegals working so career welfare leeches are able to sit on their butts and claim that there aren't any jobs? Illegals working so trained and qualified union employees are out of jobs and needing the social services that they didn't need before??

What am I missing from this picture?? Please do follow through with your threat(s) Nativo Lopez!!

Jorge the White-House sock puppet will make a call to Ted Kennedy's in-law in Sacramento - and the effort to retract the law will magically fade away, sort of like Bin Ladin's family from the USA after 9-11.

Sounds like a plan to me...And once the schools are empty, throw a lock on the doors...And for the businesses that make their profits from supplying illegal criminals, bye-bye...

Now if only we can get them to refuse to go to the hospitals when they have a headache or a cold, we can shut down a few of those also...
