There is only One God for this world, if you can find him let me know. The Religions in this world are a joke. See first sentence.

"We live and let live"
I work for a woman who is a Mormon and that is her ammo. "Live and let live."

So infact that I am a Christian and have opnions on different issues is WRONG! She has tolerance for everything except for what it says in the Bible, which "Judges" people and tells them how to live and what God expects from us.

She thinks being nice is everything. God has a lot of nerve for telling us what is exceptable and what is not!!

"In your temple, who is God?"

There is nothing taught in the temple that is contrary to what we teach outside of the temple.

We belive that Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are 3 individual beings. They are equal in power and glory, they are in perfect harmony with eachother, and they fulfill different divine roles. It is correct to refer to either one, or all three together as God, but usually when we talk of God we specificly mean Heavenly Father.

"The cross if anything represents what Jesus did for us to inherit eternal life because that's where you have to go to get it!"

Any symbol only represents to you what you choose for it to represent to you. The meaning is not inherant to the symbol. To be frank, every person dies, and many died by crucifixion. What Christ did that was unique was to suffer for our sins (in the garden before crucifixion), and then rise from the dead by his own power with a perfect imortal body. I don't see the cross as symbolic of either of those feats.

You will find in the Book of Mormon a second witness of Christ's divinity and an affirmation that only by His attonement can we be saved, not a denial of those truths.

and tell me about the importance of The Pope? Why do you need one?

Matt 16:18. However, not to worry. That was just Jesus' personal opinion which yours is equal to. Merry Christmas :)

I wanted all things

To seem to make some sense,

So we all could be happy, yes,

Instead of tense.

And I made up lies

So that they all fit nice,

And I made this sad world

A par-a-dise.

Try reading "Cat's Cradle" by Kurt Vonnegut. The Laws of Bokonon might appeal to you.

It doesn't matter what church someone goes to Then, you have no objecting to going to a Catholic Church this Sunday where you can Worship God as He Himself, in the person of Jesus, taught us how He should be worshipped. Good. Brighter days and Salvation are ahead of you.

Saying that Roman Catholicism goes back to Peter is like saying that Southern Baptists can trace their denomination back to John the Baptist!

Matt 16:18.

Now, using the New Testament we Catholics wrote, show me where John the Baptist established his church. Merry Christmas

Using the old or new testament please sshow us where joseph smith is prophecised as the one chosen before time to come and restore the corrput church.

You have already said God chose #2 Jesus to teach the truth and you cite scripture. Well, this #2 man established His Church (Matt 16:18). So, I am sure you can point out to us where in Scripture - old or new testament - where is says the Chruch Jesus establishes will fail and another prophet will be sent and his name will be Joseph Smith.

I can show you scores of verses predicting the Advent of Jesus. Show me ONE predicting the advent of Joe Smith.

Matt 16:18. THe perfect, sinless, God/Man Jesus establishes His Church. Matt 16:18

Luther (not exactly perfect, sinless, or Divine)establishes the Lutheran Church.

You say it doesn't matter which church you go to.

Merry Chrismas.

They deviate from upholding the Scriptures as the only authoritative and complete written word of God...

Putting aside the issue of which religion or denomination is or isn't in compliance with the "Scriptures," and going on the assumption that when you say "Scriptures" that you referring to the collection of writings commonly referred to as the Bible, and assuming that you are referring to one of the various English translations of the Bible that is limited to 66 "books" ---Where in the Bible does the Bible assert anything about itself let alone that it is the only authoritative and complete written word of God?

What I am about to write I do not write to offend you or any other Mormon, but these are the facts.

The book Mormon has some very erroneous claims and things that have been shown to be prover false...FALSE!

Now you can either do one of three things:
1:You can ask me to show you factual evidence that there is falsehoods and direct contradictions to the Holy Bible in the BOM.
2:You can go investigate them yourself.
3:You can ignor the FACTS and keep to your tennents of Momonism at your own ignorance.

Like it or not J. Smith was a FALSE prophet there is no way around this fact.

One last thing, Momonism teaches three seperate personages not equal with one another unless that has changed now too because your elders realize they couldn't get around their bogus heretical claims.

You and Hawaii must be studying different BOM because Hawaii believes in the personages not equal...so did J.Smith!

Read the Red Letters

What I am trying to say is simply this. It is ONLY your faith in Jesus Christ coupled with God's grace that will get you to Heaven, NOTHING ELSE.

God uses MANY unique and marvelous ways to bring a person into that everlasting relationship with Himself. I can assure you that there are people He uses me to reach, that possibly would not be reached otherwise. By the same token, He uses others to reach people that would NEVER be reached thru a ministry . EVERY PERSON HAS THEIR OWN SPIRITUAL HOT BUTTON.

There is a world out there that is lost, hurting, and a large percentage of them are currently standing in the line marked "lost." If we took all of the time, energy, and effort that we use to divide ourselves, and really came together as one unified BODY, we could make a global impact almost overnight that would be mind boggling. May the prayer Christ prayed in the Garden finally be answered, that we may be ONE!!!

Jesus lived on this earth for some 33 years before it was time to complete His work. That work was finished on a cross on the hill called Calvary where He hung and then died as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of this world.

That is why, whosoever believes in Jesus, shall not perish for eternity, but have everlasting life! Believing in Jesus is the only way to be saved because it was Jesus who died and was sacrificed for our sins. There are no other ways to be saved, no other roads back to God, there are no other plans of salvation. This is God's one and only plan to reconcile his fallen creation back to Himself. This is the only way you can escape eternity apart from the God who created you in His own image. It is through His grace and by faith in Jesus Christ!

There are many incredible mysteries in the Bible. There are many doctrinal issues that will never be fully understood until we are in Heaven. But God made the most important decision of this life very easy and simple to understand. He gave every one the opportunity to have their sins washed away and be assured of an eternity in Heaven.

Then you understand ... in-correctly

Christians accept the Christian creeds - Mormons deny them - they also accept the Bible as a work of God, but contend the Bible is errant as portions are mis-translated. They contend the book of mormon is the restored text, despite what Rev22:18 might say

Revelation 22 18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.

that aside - lets not even talk about ole Joe Smith's penchant for 14 yr old Helen Marr Kimball and his pile of false prophesy

We believe all men have the right to worship God where, what and how they want and we reserve the same right to ourselves. I call that "live and let live". What is right reasoning to you may not be for me or 40 million others, it really does not matter. You have the right to your opinions. I probably have 100 million that think some of my opinions are wrong. My opinions work for me. I get told I am Wrong all the time. Sometimes I think I am right still and sometimes they convince me I am wrong. Thats life in the big city.

As for your boss, I don't know her. It would be out of place for me to make comments about her one way or the other. The Bible KJV is in our canon of scripture. I never dismiss the Bible, but I am only one Mormon. I cannot guarantee every experience with a Mormon will bring out warm fuzzies in you. I treat people the way I like to be treated most of the time.

Have a very Merry Christmas.
