If the tribunal takes your case, your annulment stands a 90% chance of being granted. The important thing is that the tribunal take your case.

The Deacon shared with me there are dozens of people in similar situations who've been attending church for DECADES without being permitted via past marriage issues to partake of the Sacraments. Some have no choice but to wait for their ex to pass away.

As I told visualops yesterday, if your case is turned down, it is important that you find a priest you can trust and lay all of this out to him. There is the very real possibility that he can help you deal with this in the internal forum.

I have it from a very very good source that this thing you speak of -this process is NOT in communion with the
Magisterium -therefore, either by ignorance or disobedience neither are you...
