You conveniently omitted the word ignorant.
If Mary had prominence during the Apostolic Church why is the Bible silent?
It isn't. Read the Gospel of Luke regarding the Blessed Mother, for starters.
Trust me, I understand that Mary was most Blessed. Imagine being chosen to physically usher in the savior of the world.
Another thing I often ponder about Mary is her having remained pure when God called on her to be so blessed. She would not have been the person God chose if she had not been a faithful handmaid who had protected her purity.
She is an example for all of us who desire to be used of God!
