Looking at your tagline.

Someone a couple days ago called the Schiavo case the Roe vs. Wade of euthanasia.

Appropriate, no?

You might be on to an unexpected truth there. Roe v Wade established a woman's right to kill her baby in private. The U.S. Courts v Terri Schindler have established the right of the state to kill someone in private.

A very good friend's parents got heavily involved with Scientology when she was a teenager. She was forced to attend Scientology meetings (or whatever they're called) for some time, and was finally kicked out of the house when she refused to succumb.

It is truly an evil, evil philosophy and organization. It is not a religion. It is very insidious, and its adherents are trained to become cruel, selfish, and actually maniacal. It is very disturbing that many influential people are Scientologists, such as Greta van Sustern.
