No I do not have a link. In 1947, Karol Wojtyla traveled to Italy and went to confession with Padre Pio. It is not entirely clear, as no hidden confession ever is, but believed that Padre Pio revealed to him that he would one day be the Roman Pontiff. In 1962, as archbishop, Karol Wojtyla was completely cured from a cancerous tumor, after dispatching a letter to Pio asking for his prayers, by his intercession or that of his angels.

That certainly is fascinating, and if anyone has a link I would appreciate it as well. The more I learn of St. Pio, the more he amazes me :-)
