That is, she believes it accounts (at least in part) for the jump in numbers of cases of abuse and related pathologies. I doubt she thinks Kinsey invented it.
As an aside... there are presently groups of people suing the archdiocese of boston due to financial malfeasance stemming from the underfunded and misrepresented pastor's retirement fund. I am waiting to see where this leads (probably like most of the us hierarchy) and who exactly is leading these legal challenges.
