We call personal essays "Vanities" and while they have their place, writing too many of them at a time is frowned on... Especially if you're new. It's just one of those things. This site is mostly about commenting on news stories, not about originating our own discussion. (If you must, there is the "Bloggers and Personal" section.)
It's funny, but in comments, we're tolerant of a considerable range of opinion, but if you insist on posting vanities, you could be zotted even though you're actually a fine person.

And please use apostrophes. The lack of apostrophes is one of the first signs of a troll.

A zot is the opposite of a zit.
You squeeze a zit.....a zot squeezes you (out).

See, this is what comes from me being a remedial English instructor...I learned not to let other people's grammar get on my nerves if their content was good, until it was time to proofread their grammar....old habits.

We sense your eagerness ... but some newbies turn out to be fine FReepers. Many sites have nothing but vanity posts - FR can take some adjustment. If you need to discharge some electricity, you can always stop by the Undead Thread!

In before the ZOT?
If you are indeed a newly repentant person of God, why come to a political forum to discuss matters of Christian doctrine. There are plenty of Christian forums on the 'net that could much better help you with your questions. Hell, we're not even all Christians here. Hence, I'm a little skeptical of your intentions here at FR.
Watch out for the kitties!

Yoiks, remedial! I used to edit nuclear weapons manuals for the Navy ... the FIRST thing you look for is the grammar, because a misplaced comma can blow up the East Coast!
