Have to leave for an appointment. I will post the Psalm in English and Latin when I return if no one beats me to it.

The world is blessed that this man, this man who speaks like one of the Fathers, is the Pope.

Psalm 122

Ad te levavi. A prayer in affliction, with confidence in God. A gradual canticle.

1 To thee have I lifted up my eyes, who dwellest in heaven. 2 Behold as the eyes of the servants are on the hands of their masters, As the eyes of the handmaid are on the hands of her mistress: so are our eyes unto the Lord our God, until he have mercy on us. 3 Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us: for we are greatly filled with contempt. 4 For our soul is greatly filled: we are a reproach to the rich, and contempt to the proud.

Psalm 122

1 canticum graduum ad te levavi oculos meos qui habitas in caelo 2 ecce sicut oculi servorum in manibus dominorum suorum sicut oculi ancillae in manibus dominae eius ita oculi nostri ad Dominum Deum nostrum donec misereatur nostri 3 miserere nostri Domine miserere nostri quia multum repleti sumus despectione 4 quia multum repleta est anima nostra obprobrium abundantibus et despectio superbis
