I suspect your knowledge is pretty extensive, but for any Western Catholic who wants a very simple and easy to read primer on Eastern Catholics Msgr. George Appleyard's "The Light of the East: An Introduction to Eastern Catholicism of Western Catholics".
It is available from the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Parma (I think I bought it while back) and is very well laid out including a comparitive chart in the back.
