They skip over it and go right to the Kyrie (but of course, they don't actually SAY "Kyrie...").
It really has been years and years since I've heard the Confeitor at Mass.

We do at daily Mass and/or the Communion service.
The Parish I usually hear Mass at always says the Confiter. One I go to once and awhile does not. It really throws me when they go straight to the Kyrie.
