Conventional wisdom amongst real Christian Catholics is the realization the Bishop have abandoned their flocks for all manner of reasons and we abandoned sheep are, patiently(relatively speaking) waiting for them to decide to fulfill their Duties to Teach, Rule, and Sanctify and stop all the politicing and trying to please the world which is their enemy.

This fact is precisely the evidence that the Holy Spirit is the One in charge. The other evidence just as miraculous is how the Jews continue to survive the assault of history because it could only mean that such a people are truly the Apple of God's Eye.
When I say the Fatima prayer before praying the Rosary, I mention the wicked bishops by name (there are 22 on my list so far) when I come to the part about "the conversion of all sinners." I also mention Archbishop Jadot who caused a lot of this mess. It's very important to pray for their conversion.
