I am not that big of a Christmas fan, knowing from my studies of history that most of what we call Christmas is simply co opted from pagan practices.

However, I noted this remark on your home page "We are committed followers of Christ and worship and rest on the same day that he did, the 7th day."

I was wondering, since the New Testament was not in effect until after Jesus died, why you don't do as the NT churches do, and gather on the first day of the week?

I'm sure that the new testament churches met on many days. However, the sabbath is and was the commanded day of rest and worship and the new testament churches observed the day.
