Actually, only the isolated young-earth groups think Ross has been "thoroughly refuted." They also act like Ross is the only old-earth creationist, problem is that there are quite a few out there, in fact a long list of respected scholars, theologians, etc. Ken Ham & Co don't want you to know how small the YEC world is becoming. There's their amazing honesty again.
