It would seem that Rocco is standing by his story. He has provided more details on this meeting. I spent some time last night looking at the Novus Ordo Watch web page. They can try and hide behind all the disclaimers they want to post. But they are sede vecantists. Even though I am Orthodox now (and therefor a little more careful in commenting on Catholic issues) I will still say that those people are just plain crazy.
I hope that the whole thing goes through. It would be good for all concerned. Well maybe there will be some heartburn. I would imagine the American bishops will be highly ticked at having to put up with these conservative Catholics in their diocese. I will definitely be keeping my eye on things for developments.

*I can't imagine any Bishop wanting these folks back. They have NO intention of ending their war for "Tradition" and against the Magisterium. The SSPX is a protestant outfit wearing Fiddlebacks and swinging a censer
