 What Catholics call the invocation or intercession of the saints means not so much praying to saints, as it does praying with them to God.

And there's the equivocation. "...not so much..."



The practice existed with development - from the beginning of the Christianity,

An old error is still an error.



" Dead Christians are unquestionably more alive and holy than we are, since they are with God..."

Please, one example - just o­ne - of anyone in the Scriptures praying to anyone other than God.

Again, no one is praying to a saint but talking to one. Didn't Jesus speak with some "dead" people during the Transfiguration? I think thats one time, or how about when they thought he spoke to the prophets during the crucifixion, thats another one
