I have always read from the Authorized King James Version. Most likely because the Lord did not want me to get my understanding from any other source.
So the Lord was King James?
Sorry for the smart alec reply but that was just begging for it. Honestly I use both the King James and the New English Version. I use the NEV mainly because it's easier to read and I understand it better. I do find I enjoy comparing the two versions to see the differences.
